Hi Sam
Looks very useful to new members and a good review of the rules.
I'd be keen on an organised warm up before each session or for someone to give a guide on a suitable warm up so that I can have a more structured warm up than at present (a little jog, couple of stretches)

As a newbie I found the pack really helpful, especially the mug shots..will help me remember names quickly, which in turn helps for easier banter and getting to know people better / quicker. It works for me 😊
