May I just say a big thank you to everyone that has sent me an email, text,card and messages on this website I really appreciate them all. The op went well and I am home.
Very sore and stiff and using crutches to get around. Taking various pills although I am not sure what they are all for. I have already started doing my sets of exercises at least
3 times a day. Hope everyone is well and I hope to see you soon.
