Hi, I'm Mike. I came along last Thursday and really enjoyed it after the usual 30-odd years lay-off. I walk a lot, so if it's walking football why do my muscles hurt so much? I'm semi-retired, down to two days a week, and I volunteer a couple of days at SS Great Britain. Thursday was my free day, so it works nicely. Hope to see more of you.....if the muscles recover.

Hi Mike, welcome to the forum! It's a good idea to join and register so you can see the hidden boards, such as Tournaments etc.. Yes, some "walking" techniques can push the definition somewhat. We often have referees to try to control it, however it is appreciated when people self-regulate! Glad you enjoyed the session.
