It is good to see more players getting involved in setting up the sessions and, hopefully, everyone will be taking a turn in doing one of the jobs that need doing before we start ,and when we finish. Just to clarify what needs doing: Cones down the net side of the pitch; one metre in from the line if windy and along the back line if the whole width of the pitch is not used.
Flat disc markers eight paces out from goal line or on the(faint!) red line.
Bag of balls, kit bag with cones etc. and yellow/blue bibs from the end room of the hut which has the same combination as the outer door.
All of the above need clearing up at the end, and the bibs should be put on the hangers in the end room to 'air' before Friday's session.
In addition, one of the more experienced players should undertake to select two balanced teams and hand out the bibs.
Volunteers needed to lead a warm-up, especially for new players and refs to be selected/rotated, especially if numbers are uneven.
Cheers guys, Jon H.
