Just a quick suggestion: should we begin each session with a max 15 mins warm up and skills practice? Skills could include passing, shooting, dribbling, defending.... Maybe we have coaching experience within our membership who could lead these?

I could lead this if people are in favour, however, I think because of the varying levels of fitness, there will be some people who wish to do a more vigorous warm up than others. Anyone else have a view on this?

Excellent suggestion submitted by Rich; its something we used to do before Friday night sessions even I took the odd one; however, I also think we need to engage more people in being captains for the evening and picking balanced sides and as we follow the kids we also need people to help set up the goals and playing area; I'd welcome comments....

I am happy to help setup, and also willing to lead warmup and/or skill sessions. I should be back next week just in time for the Christmas break!
